CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The Selection Committee invites the public to apply for the Audit Committee of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2025–2030 term.
Referring to Article 50 of the Board of Trustees (MWA) Regulation No. 1 of 2022 on the Organization and Governance of USU, as last amended by MWA Regulation No. 1 of 2025 on the Second Amendment to MWA Regulation No. 1 of 2022:
(1)An Indonesian citizen who upholds the values of Pancasila;
(2)Physically and mentally healthy, supported by a medical certificate issued by the USU Teaching Hospital or another hospital;
(3)Minimum education level of a Bachelor's degree (S-1);
(4)Not older than 60 (sixty) years at the time of appointment;
(5)Honest and fair;
(6)Not currently a defendant in a criminal case punishable by imprisonment of 4 (four) years or more;
(7)Has never been convicted of a criminal offense by a court decision with permanent legal force;
(8)Free from the use of narcotics, psychotropic substances, and other illegal drugs, evidenced by a drug-free certificate from the USU Teaching Hospital;
(9)Professional in their area of responsibility;
(10)Not currently holding a leadership position within USU; and
(11)Up to the second degree, has no familial ties with the University leadership or the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, either by blood or marriage.
(1)Collection and submission of application forms : Tuesday, July 29 – Monday, August 4, 2025 (Office hours: 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM WIB)
(2)Administrative Selection : Tuesday and Wednesday, August 5–6, 2025
(3)Announcement of candidates who passed the administrative selection : Thursday, August 7, 2025
(4)Interview Selection for candidates who passed the administrative stage : Monday – Wednesday, August 11–13, 2025
The final results for Audit Committee Member selection will be announced on the official website of the USU Board of Trustees.
