USU Audit Committee Selection Process for the 2021–2026 Term

The Board of Trustees (MWA) of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) established the Selection Committee for the USU Audit Committee for the 2021–2026 term, consisting of:

  • Chair of the Board of Trustees as the Person in Charge,
  • Secretary of the Board of Trustees as Deputy Person in Charge,
  • Prof. Dr. Ir. Darma Bakti, M.S. as Head of the Committee,
  • Puspa Melati Hasibuan, S.H., M.Hum. as Secretary of the Committee,
  • Committee Members:
    • Prof. Dr. Hasim Purba, S.H., M.Hum.
    • Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Irvan, M.Si.
    • Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ir. Johannes Tarigan
    • Prof. Dr. Khairina Nasution, M.S.
    • Dr. H. Abdul Hakim Siagian, S.H., M.Hum.

The selection process for members of the USU Audit Committee for the 2021–2026 term took place from July 5 to July 16, 2021, starting from the form distribution stage to the final selection. The committee conducted interviews with 33 candidates who had passed the administrative selection. The interviews were held over two days, from July 14 to 15, 2021. Two candidates did not attend the interview stage.

After a thorough evaluation of the 31 candidates who completed the interview stage, the five top-scoring individuals were identified as follows:

  1. Drs. Ardian, M.M., CFE, QIA, C.A., Ak
  2. Fahmi Natigor Nasution, S.E., M.Acc., Ak., C.A., C.M.A.
  3. Ir. Syahrizal, M.T.
  4. M. Irsan Nasution, S.E., Ak., C.A., M.Ak., CertIPSAS
  5. Windha, S.H., M.Hum.

These five names were submitted to the MWA Plenary Meeting to be officially appointed as Members of the USU Audit Committee for the 2021–2026 term.
